These terms
These terms apply to kryptonai.io and the Krypton AI client portal. If your company has a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs.
Accounts
Accounts are by invitation. Keep your sign-in details private. Your company is responsible for the people it invites.
Using the service
Don't break the law, access another company's data, or interfere with or reverse engineer the service.
Human review
Nothing we prepare reaches you without a person at Krypton AI approving it first. Nothing is published, filed or sent in your name without your approval.
Your content and confidentiality
You own what you give us, and we use it only to provide the service. We keep your unpublished information confidential, and your unpublished materials do not reach a model. See our privacy policy.
Your obligations
You decide what your company publishes and remain responsible for your disclosures and securities law compliance. We do not provide legal, accounting or investment advice.
Ownership
Once paid for, the work we deliver is yours. We keep the service and our own tools and methods.
Fees
Fees are set in your order or agreement.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend access to protect the service or for non-payment. Either party may end the service as your agreement allows.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
