All research reports, data, analysis, and content published by Krypton AI, Inc. are the exclusive intellectual property of Krypton AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright law.

Every report delivered to a subscriber is forensic watermarked with the subscriber's identity. Unauthorized distribution is traceable.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of any research material constitutes a material breach of these terms. The subscriber agrees to pay liquidated damages of $50,000 per instance of unauthorized distribution, which the parties agree represents a reasonable estimate of the harm caused.

Krypton AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or other financial damages arising from the use of or reliance on our research. All investment decisions are made solely by the subscriber at their own risk.

In no event shall Krypton AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of cause of action.

The total aggregate liability of Krypton AI, Inc. for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the subscriber in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The subscriber agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krypton AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the subscriber's use of the service, violation of these terms, or unauthorized distribution of research materials.

We collect email addresses, billing information, and usage data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with law.

We use cookies to maintain session state and improve the service. By using the service, you consent to the use of cookies.

Account deletion requests are processed within thirty days. Upon deletion, we retain only the records required by law or necessary to enforce our terms.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Krypton AI, Inc. does not store credit card numbers and is not liable for any errors, outages, or security incidents caused by third-party payment providers.

By subscribing, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service in addition to these terms.

Krypton AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, power failure, internet disruption, or third-party service outages.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. The subscriber consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

The parties agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis. The subscriber waives any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of Krypton AI, Inc. to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Krypton AI, Inc. regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. No amendment to these terms shall be effective unless made in writing by Krypton AI, Inc.
