Krypton AI, Inc. is an independent equity research publisher, not a registered investment adviser. The following documents govern your use of the service.
Effective Date: April 22, 2026. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Krypton AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing any portion of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are a sophisticated investor capable of independently evaluating the merits and risks of investment decisions. You do not rely on Krypton to determine suitability for your personal circumstances.
Krypton does not verify accredited investor status. Krypton reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Krypton and its payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing contact@kryptonai.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Krypton does not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. All sales are final.
If a renewal charge fails and you do not cure the failure within ten (10) days, Krypton may suspend or terminate your access without further notice.
You agree to contact Krypton to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Krypton constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination.
Krypton grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use research content for your individual, non-commercial purposes.
You will not reproduce, distribute, publish, forward, or share any research content by any means. You will not forward research to colleagues, clients, employers, investment committees, or affiliates. You will not use research to advise third parties or manage assets for others. You will not create derivative works, remove watermarks, use automated scraping tools, share credentials, or use the Service to train any machine learning or AI model.
If you intend to use the Service for or on behalf of a firm, fund, or institution, you must obtain a separate institutional license.
All research reports, data, analyses, methodologies, and content published by Krypton are the exclusive property of Krypton AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Krypton employs watermarking and other technical measures to trace the origin of research content. Unauthorized copies may be traceable to your account.
Unauthorized distribution of Krypton research causes direct and substantial harm. The parties agree that liquidated damages of fifty thousand U.S. dollars ($50,000) per instance of unauthorized distribution represent a reasonable estimate of the harm caused, in addition to Krypton's right to seek injunctive relief and attorneys' fees.
The Service and all research content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Krypton disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that you are not relying on Krypton research as the sole basis for any investment decision. You bear sole responsibility for any investment decision you make.
Krypton and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any investment loss, trading loss, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service, regardless of legal theory.
Krypton's total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krypton from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, any investment decision you make, or any unauthorized distribution of research content attributable to your account.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact Krypton at contact@kryptonai.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Wilmington, Delaware.
All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to contact@kryptonai.io within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wilmington, Delaware.
