Krypton AI Notetaker records the meetings you choose, and only those. Connecting a Google or Microsoft account lets it list your upcoming meetings. Nothing is recorded until you press Record on a specific meeting, and when a recording happens the notetaker joins the call as a named, visible participant, so everybody in the room can see it is there.

Two things, both read-only. Your email address, which identifies your account and is where a pre-meeting prompt is sent. And your calendar: the title, time, participant count and video link of your events, so your meetings can be listed for you to choose between.

The title, time and status of your meetings are also stored in your company's portal, so your team and ours can prepare for them.

Krypton AI never writes to your calendar, never creates or edits an event, never invites anyone, and never cancels anything.

Krypton AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google calendar data is used to show you your own meetings and for nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train a model.

In your company's Sources, you can choose to import past decks, releases and scripts from Google Drive. Krypton AI can see only the files you pick in Google's file picker, through the per-file drive.file permission, never the rest of your Drive. Each picked file is copied once into your company's private library, and Krypton AI keeps no ongoing connection or stored access to your Google account afterwards.

These files are used only to prepare your company's own work, under the same Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements as your calendar data.

Recordings and transcripts are held by Recall.ai, our meeting-recording provider. When you open a transcript, it is read from Recall. Your recording and retention decisions are stored alongside the calendar connection. Service requests and reviewed work returned by the Krypton AI team are stored separately in your company's portal.

After a meeting, its notes wait for you. Keep files the transcript in your company's portal Sources, where it stays private to your company; it does not approve a team deliverable. Delete removes the recording and the transcript at Recall, not merely our reference to them, and that is not reversible.

Recordings and transcripts are not sent to any AI model. Deleting a recording does not delete reviewed work already returned in your portal; contact us to remove that work.

• Google or Microsoft — the calendar account you authorize.
• Vercel — runs the application.
• Supabase — portal accounts, company service requests, and reviewed work.
• Resend — delivers the pre-meeting prompt.

Nobody else. Krypton AI does not sell this data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not share one client's meetings with another.

Disconnect on the notetaker page revokes the calendar connection and cancels every recording scheduled but not yet held. You can also revoke Krypton AI's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which has the same effect from Google's side. For a Microsoft account, remove Krypton AI from the apps with access in your Microsoft account settings, or ask your administrator to.

Recordings you have already kept are deleted on request. Write to notetaker@kryptonai.io and say which meetings, or all of them.
